I was enrolled in a course for 1 week and quickly discovered there is so much to cover and I don't know 3/4 of the terms used in real estate.  That is when I decided that I must meet and attend an in-person class with a live instructor.   I came out of my first class with Michelle having learned more in 4 hours than I did in one week online!

The study guide and the state license law book were key in helping me understand the license law violations and things that keep most agents in trouble.  Having taken this class helps me have a much different mindset of the responsibilities and role of the qualifying broker and made me a much better agent.
